This chart contains data from the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register on the quantities of hazardous and non-hazardous waste transfers reported between 2007 and 2016. The significant spike in waste transfers in 2015 may be related to outliers in the reported data for that year. The gross value added figure for the same years is also presented.
