The EEA Bureau is constituted by six persons. The Bureau, in consultation with the Executive Director and the chairperson of the Scientific Committee prepares for the board meetings and takes urgent decisions necessary for the management of the EEA between two meetings of the Management Board, mostly subject to ratification by the Board at its next meeting.
