North-western Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France north of 45 degrees latitude; Central and eastern Europe: Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland; Southern Europe: France south of 45 degrees latitude, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus and Malta; Northern Europe has not been included in this figure because of the low number of exceedances.
